And I often combine apps with toys and other traditional therapy materials. I have several faves depending what the specific needs are. What tool do you need for the job? So I decided to spend some time compiling a list for this blog post. I am in several SLP Facebook groups and see numerous posts each week asking “What are the best apps?”. There are thousands of apps in the App Store so it can be difficult to find ones to best meet our needs as SLPs. I only post about apps that I have actually downloaded and tried and only post about those that I see as being either helpful in therapy, classroom or to parents of kids with special needs.
